Randall J. Gudmundson, a founding member of Kominiarek Bresler Harvick & Gudmundson, has been practicing law for over 31 years, providing strategic defenses for medical malpractice, personal injury, premises liability, and product liability cases. Randy has practiced in the Chicagoland area for his entire legal career, including cases in all of the collar counties. He has tried to verdict more than 50 cases as the principal trial attorney.

Describing his trial approach as “passionate,” Randy cites solid preparation as a key to a winning defense: “Good listening skills are an essential tool in helping you build a great strategy and applying it during trial. You must always recognize the strengths and weaknesses of your client’s case and that of your opponent.
