Michael R. Webber
In addition to his 30 years of experience as a Trial Lawyer, Mr. Webber has represented clients in appeals before the Illinois Appellate Court, the Seventh Circuit Federal Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court, and brings a unique set of talents to Kominiarek Bresler Harvick & Gudmundson. With strengths in writing, research and analyzing case facts to support the law, Michael brings a high level of expertise and talent to every case.
“The appellate process is somewhat unique, and I’ve had the opportunity to have plenty of success in this area,” says Mr. Webber. “Like many of my colleagues, I have represented medical professionals in numerous cases, as both a trial lawyer and an appellate advocate. In addition to proficiency as a trial lawyer and in his appellate practice, Michael represents physicians before the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
Michael has been practicing law since 1984. He has successfully defended his clients in both trials and appeals in numerous multi-million dollar medical malpractice lawsuits.
