Melissa (Lisa) Gandhi has dedicated her legal career to the defense of hospitals and medical and health-related professionals in matters including contract review, risk management, claims, lawsuits and disciplinary actions before the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR). Lisa’s notable positions include serving as a Judicial Clerk for Presiding Judge Patricia Banks of the Elder Law and Miscellaneous Remedies Division in the Circuit Court of Cook County and working with IDFPR, where she analyzed and enforced the guidelines of the Medical Practice Act and Rules for the Administration of the Medical Practice Act.
