Mary M. Cunningham
Mary M. Cunningham is a founding partner of Kominiarek Bresler Harvick & Gudmundson and is a highly skilled medical malpractice attorney with over 30 years of experience in successfully litigating medical malpractice cases in Chicagoland. She has steadfastly defended the interests of prominent local physicians in many areas of medical specialties, major area hospitals, nursing homes and individual nursing professionals.
“My parents, siblings and many of my friends are healthcare providers,” says Mary. “So I feel deeply committed and have a very personal passion for the defense of healthcare professionals and organizations. With the healthcare system constantly under attack, I’ve dedicated myself to adding some reassurance and support to physicians and hospitals confronted with legal challenges.”
