Joshua Wiedner is an associate attorney at Kominiarek Bresler Harvick & Gudmundson and is deeply passionate about medical malpractice and medical ethics. He graduated from the University of California Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science and received his Juris Doctorate from the Loyola University of Chicago in 2022.
Joshua’s family and friends include many healthcare providers. “I’ve seen firsthand the impact that a strong legal defense can have on doctors, physician assistants, and nurses and I am thankful to have the opportunity to be a part of that team for everyone I defend." In law school Joshua was a part of Loyola’s Health Justice Project, providing free legal resources to underserved Chicagoans in need. He also served as a member of the executive board of the Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy's Annals of Health Law Journal where he oversaw the publication of research on corporate, regulatory, bioethical, and pharmaceutical issues, as well as patient rights and advocacy. |
